After 3 years of waiting, Fusiondary is here again! Our theme is DARE - the first question is, do you DARE to join us at this crazy, fun, exciting international festival???  

We hope to see at least 600 of our favorite Fusion people DARING to perform, meet new friends, learn something new, and have a great time!  We will have people at the event from at least 12 different countries! There will be concerts (lots of them), games, talks, seminars, and time to hang out with awesome people. We will spend time together as one giant Fusion family as well as with just our countries and smaller groups. And of course, we will be reunited with old Fusion friends and get to make lots of new ones.

Accommodation: The festival will take place in the beautiful city of Vsetin, Czech Republic. In order to keep the price of the festival as friendly as possible, we will DARE to sleep in schools in our own sleeping bags. If you have questions, talk to your Fusion leader! 

Food: You can choose whether you would like to pay 350 CZK/15 Euros at registration to have your lunches provided at the festival (hot Czech-style lunch on Saturday and Sunday), or you can DARE to buy your own food throughout the festival from the Fusiondary buffet, the grocery store, or restaurants/street food. The deadline for ordering food is 31.3. 2023. It is no longer possible to order food after this date.

Price: 

• Early Bird (until 31.1.26) 1400 CZK/58 Euros
• Normal Sparrow (until 15.3.26) 1600 CZK/66 Euros
• Late Penguin (until 15.4.26) 1800 CZK/75 Euros

The registration deadline is April 15th. 

Remember, if you want warm and yummy meals for lunch on Saturday and Sunday, you can pay an extra 350 CZK/15 Euros.

Please check for the final price in the confirmation email after your registration is submitted. You need to pay a deposit of 300 CZK (13 Euros) to your Fusion leader/account no later than 14 days after registration. You will pay the total cost through your local/national Fusion, so talk to your Fusion leader if you aren’t sure about how to pay. (For JV staff, you can pay through your ministry account.) 

T-shirts and hoodies: You can DARE to order your Fusiondary Festival T-shirt at registration. You also have the chance to order a cozy hoodie, but these cost more. There will also be more Fusion merch available at the festival so you can represent Fusion and Fusiondary everywhere you go. The deadline for ordering T-shirts and hoodies through the registration is March 15th (Normal sparrow deadline).

Traveling: Each country will have their own way of getting to the festival. Don’t worry, there are special funds for traveling. Just make sure to check with your local leaders regarding the details of your travel to the festival and we’ll look forward to seeing you when you get there!

Volunteers: If you want, you can DARE to be a volunteer at the festival! We need awesome people who are daring to both enjoy the festival AND make a difference for others. The only condition for volunteering is that you must be at least 16 years old. You will work 6-8 hours a day, but in addition to a warm feeling in your heart, we will also provide your meals (lunch and dinner), as well as a cool volunteer T-shirt. However, please note that you will have to come to the festival one day earlier, April 23rd. If you are unsure whether this is possible for you or you have any questions about whether you can be a volunteer, talk to your Fusion leader.
